Transfers

We would like to offer you transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. To make an order for the transfer service you need to fill in the corresponding fields in the transfer reservation section in your Personal Account.

*Price in EUR is approximate. Please, rely on the price given in RUB.

If you wish to make a booking of a transfer for a group of three persons and more, please contact the Technical Secretariat:

The transfer price includes:

• Meeting at the airport/railway station or at the hotel lobby with the participant’s or Congress name card
• Waiting for the participant:
  • for 40 minutes at the airport;
  • for 30 minutes at the railway station;
  • for 15 minutes at the hotel lobby.

Please, use the section COMMENTS to fill in the following information:

• full names of your accompanying persons, if any;
• name of the airport or railway station;
• hotel name;
• contact mobile number*.

* The contact phone number is necessary for urgent connection with the passenger in cases of unforeseen circumstances (such as flight delays, additional custom control, getting lost, etc.) If the contact phone number is unavailable at the pick-up period of time, or it has not been stated in the Comments field, any claims about the transfer services quality will be overruled as unjustified.

NOTE: We do not recommend you to use the private taxi service at the airports and stations since the provided service and transportation cost may not accord any standards.

Cancellation and refund policy

1. The deadline for applications and payment of transfers – November 15, 2019.
2. Cancellation prior to November 15, 2019 – no penalty, after November 15, 2019 - 100% penalty.

All refunds are processed after the Congress with a minus 10% of bank charges and overheads.
